Return Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from:
- The day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods (or the last good, in the case of a single order delivered in separate consignments).

In the case of a service contract – from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Conditions for Returns
The returned goods must meet the following requirements:

Unused Condition: The goods must not have been used, damaged, or lost their commercial appearance.

Preserved Properties: The consumer must have preserved their consumer properties and authentic labels (unless excluded by law for non-returnable goods).

Proof of Purchase: The consumer must provide a document proving the purchase (e.g., cash receipt, invoice, etc.).
Reimbursement
Upon returning the goods, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the price paid for the goods (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the Seller is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the goods are received or until the consumer supplies evidence of having sent back the goods.

Return Costs: If the goods returned are of adequate quality, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
Exceptions
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods as specified in Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Retail Trade Rules (e.g., perishable goods, sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, goods made to the consumer's specifications, etc.).
